Perhaps you have completed the RAMSR training and need a little extra individualised assistance in implementing the program within your setting.
One of our experienced RAMSR coaches can assist you with:
- Troubleshooting implementation hurdles
- Online or in-person demonstrations of the activities
- Guidance on inclusive practices
- Reviewing footage of your RAMSR work with children and providing feedback and recommendations
- Answering your burning questions and supporting you in your professional development journey
- Adjustments for older/younger children, differing needs etc.
Whilst RAMSR coaching is tailored specifically to your needs. With a flexible approach, we can deliver assistance virtually or in-person.
RAMSR Coaching Options
If you have completed the RAMSR:Original or RAMSR: Toddler training (either via online or in-person format), we welcome you to book the following options for further support.
- Online Consultations: 4 X 1hour consultations with a RAMSR trainer.
- Half day in-centre coaching: 3-4 hours of in-person support at your early childhood education centre. The RAMSR trainer will observe session/s, provide coaching support and assist with and trouble shoot challenges to ensure a smooth implementation of the program.
- Full day in-centre coaching: 6-8 hours of in-person support at your early childhood education centre. The RAMSR trainer will observe session/s, provide coaching support and assist with and trouble shoot challenges to ensure a smooth implementation of the program.

Observation of the staff member running the RAMSR Program with their target group is essential.
Learning materials and content include: short videos, reading, and ‘real world’ practice of activities in your own time.
Participants will receive on-site instruction and guidance for further developing skills and confidence moving forward. Coaching includes an optional follow-up meeting (30mins) to check-in on the participant’s progress.
